To do our part in maintaining a website free of fraudulent charges, we require the person whose name is on the co-op to also be the person’s name on the credit/debit card or PayPal account. Some people wishing to “gift” team members are using PayPal. They just gift the money to their Team Member via PayPal and the Team Member can then purchase their Badass Video System through PayPal.

Monthly Subscription: At least 7 days before your next monthly auto payment, using the contact form, please provide your name, your order number and a brief message. We will contact you once your order has been cancelled.

Annual Subscription: Using the contact form, please provide your name, your order number and a brief message. We will contact you once your order has been cancelled. The unused months will be prorated and refunded back to the account you paid with.

We deliver all systems within 30 days of ordering. Please see the Timeline to help you understand the process.
